Shipping & Returns

For Replacement:
Within 14 days (From the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
For Exchange:
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For Returns:
Items can be returned for refund or exchange with 7 days after the date of receipt. But the reason for the return caused by yourself (eg, size, color you choose), cannot be accepted. Returns can be sent back within 7 days of receipt, all returned goods never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 5% bank handling fee and shipping costs. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping costs. Special circumstances may require partnership with corporate business partners. For more information, please contact our customer service.
For Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12-24 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. If requests a cancellation after the dispatched, the order will be treated according to return policy. Hope you can understand in this key point.
